“CloudFastener” is a fully managed security service to comprehensively manage various AWS security services. Services include listing out clients AWS cloud assets, visualize Security Risks, identify vulnerabilities and analyze threats to the cloud environment. Cloudfastener protects and monitors the AWS environment 24 hours a day / 365 days a year by triaging risks identified and handling alerts as well as support.

Our mission is to provide Managed Security Services to various clients through the CloufFastener platform. You will be a crucial feature to alleviate the workload for in house security teams.

Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Cloud Security

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support customers in operating and managing cloud security. This is not a dedicated sales role, but rather an opportunity to serve as a principal technical advisor for organizations, leveraging strong communication skills to drive customer success.

In this role, you will lead operations as the central hub for collaboration between customers and internal product teams, working closely with the Incident Response team. In addition to regular weekly communication, you will engage with customers as needed, ensuring proactive and effective support

Additionally, you will support customers in the introduction and adoption of CloudFastener, providing expert guidance and best practices.

You shall serve clients on CloudFastener introduction for:

Security Consulting Assessment

  • Define, implement, and maintain corporate security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct a security audit of client's cloud environment
  • Align organizational security strategy, cloud infrastructure, and applications with business and technology strategy.
  • Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.
  • Regularly communicate vital information, security needs, and priorities to upper management as a point guard both internally & externally.

Alert & Triage

  • Oversee cutting-edge, continuous incident response in collaboration with our elite IR team
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret threat actors and malicious activity in client environments from logs gathered in CloudFastener
  • Triage and respond based on each clients' cloud environment as well as capability of client's security team
  • Provide guidance to the client security team for both short term solutions (including implementation) and permanent solutions

Must have:

  • AWS Infrastructure development experience. For example, experience in building infrastructure such as EC2, VPC, RDS, and IAM, as well as experience with IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to properly apply them to existing or new customer architecture, implementations, and/or solutions

Nice to have:

  • External customer-facing experience as a technical lead
  • Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more executive team member(s)
  • Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment
  • Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings
  • Experience applying technical or operational expertise to identify, balance trade-offs, and solve difficult challenges
  • WS-related certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and AWS Certified Security - Specialty.
